Sabina Bieri: Thank you for clarifying this, we have currently deactivated this function.
We were of the opinion that this function no longer makes sense and should be integrated as part of the reconciliation of expectations in the future. In making this decision, however, we also assumed that feedback generation in its current form is only rarely used 😅
We will therefore certainly have to briefly discuss again internally whether we can reactivate the function and/or by when we can integrate this as part of the expectation reconciliation.
Hope that works for you for now.
If you know other coaches who would like to have the function available again in its original or revised form, you are welcome to give them feedback or mobilize votes here, which helps us a lot to set priorities 😊
